Barnsley Hospital Charity supports care that goes above and beyond.

 

Thanks to the support of our fabulous community we have been able to fund many projects at your local hospital – providing care and support for those who need it most.

 

By raising sponsorship through justgiving and be collecting sponsor money from family and friends you will be showing that you care for some of the most vulnerable people in our community….thank you!

 

- £10 could buy DVDs to entertain our young patients on the children’s ward
- £50 could buy bereavement boxes to help support relatives at highly difficult times
- £100 could buy tools to help dementia patients socialise and gain independence
- £500 could help train nurses in specialist reconstruction training for our breast cancer patients
- £2500 could buy specialist speech aids that allow tracheotomy patients to communicate
- £6500 could buy unique phototherapy equipment for our premature babies
